I Planted A Flower For Payton

Today I planted a flower.
It was a pink flower for a special friend.
Pink flowers smell sweet like bubble gum.
Winston @ two cats and a pug - his family was planting a pink memorial
garden for our friend Payton who now lives at the Rainbow Bridge.

Winston welcomed others to join
in his Pink Memorial Garden Tribute to Payton's memory. ( Pugnacious P )
I think my flower looks so pretty.
Each and every petal is so sweet.
I smell its sweetness all around me.
The sun is kissing it's tiny face
and sending the love to Payton!
Thank you Winston for allowing us to join in your tribute.
nitey nite
love

Tweedles ... you picked out a beautiful flower in memory of Payton! Last week mama ordered pink bleeding hearts that we are going to plant in our garden. They are supposed to come up every year and when they do we will remember sweet Payton.

that is very sweet! what a great way to remember payton. we planted a red rose bush over the spot that we buried our first pug (her name was Rose). It bloomed again this year and I think of her every time I look at it.

Tweedles, I bet Payton is smiling so big looking at your pretty flower from the bridge. I love pink, it makes me happy too, just thinking about it. It is so sad when we lose our sweet friends, but the flower is such a happy way to remember her. I just can't be sad when I see a pink flower. I love my Tweedles cause you are the best and most thoughtful friend there could ever be.

I bet the Easter Bunny came and left you love and flowers and frogs and all the things you love out in your yard. He knew thats what you would want. At least thats what I think.

What a beautiful pink flower, Tweedles! I just know that Payton will shine down on it and it will grow big and strong. Keep watering it, okay?

I am going to plant a pink flower later this week I hope. Momma is busy and she doesn't have time to go to the store. Should I just take some silk flowers out to the garden for now or would that be silly?

The pink flowers for Payton are beautiful, just like her. I am going to get some pink flowers for a pot and put it on my balcony. We're still getting a bit chilly at night (we're under a freeze warning tonight but I don't think it'll get that cold in the city), but once I know it'll stay warm, I'll plant pink flowers for Payton, too.
