| Good news my friends! Today I got 3 cookies! My Dr. Prouty at the doggy hospital took my staples out today. She said I am doing very good, and wants to see me in 4 more weeks. I am healing - and I am getting stronger, but I need to stay quiet and Its very very hard to stay quiet.! Do you know what I mean? I know when I go back to the doctors in 4 weeks, I will be better yet! Thank you for all the different kinds of love you send to me. Nitey nite love tweedles |

That is excellent news, Tweedles! Wrigs is having his sutures removed tomorrow. (We are leaving them in a few extra days because our local vet wasn't going to be in the office Wednesday or today.) We see the surgeon again on October 24. Staying quiet for all that time is challenging. Wrigs has had a few stomach upsets this week, possibly because of the stress of being cooped up. We are so happy that you are doing so well!

Sweetums, this is SOOOO good to read!!! Yes, it is very hard to be quiet. I remember breaking my arm, and then going back to ride my horse - with the splint on - inside of a month. The doctor was a wee bit angry with me. :)
