"World Cancer Day"
Today I am honoring all my friends humans and furrys
who are fighting the fight of their lives.
The evil "C' has robbed us, hurt us, taken our familys from us.
I wish for comfort for you who are hurting.
I wish for all the boo boo's and monsters, to just go away.
I wish for strength so you can fight your fight!
I wish for rainbows, too to be painted in your skys.
And I wish for hope to fill your hearts.
I wish for you to feel loved, because I love you.
And I wish cancer would just go away!
love

My paws are crossed with yours, Tweedles. Some day we will beat this evil cancer monster.
Your pal, Pip
Put in such a heartfelt way! Thanks Tweedles. We are porud to stand at your side on this special day sending hope and love to the Warriors fighting the monster. We pray for the day when cancer.touches.no one.
Tweedles what a beautiful post. It is important to remember and honor those who have had to fight that horrible "C" word disease. Mommy is a cancer survivor along with 2 of her sisters. All were caught early and that makes me happy. I am sad for those who didn't and those who are working through it like our pal K. Every time I come to your blog, I feel so peaceful and good inside and I love you for that. I love my blog and I like to be silly sometimes and I think you do to like your funny puggy balloon. Yours is full of beauty and peace and love and I love that about you and your Mom's.

What a beautiful post, Tweedles. Your words are so inspirational and heartfelt. My grandpa is currently fighting cancer again for the third time. He is going in for surgery in a couple of weeks so I will repeat your words to him as he fights this fight.

Tweedles, you said it so perfectly. I have lost loved ones to cancer including my mother. Such a tragedy. Hubby is a cancer survivor and we feel so enormously blessed with that. I agree, I wish it would just go away AND I believe some day it will, or we will just have a vaccination against it. I'm holding that thought! By the way, I sure appreciate your comments on my blog.
I don;t think I know a person out there who has not been affected more than once!
Hi Tweedles! My paws are crossed with yours, my human cousin is a cancer survivour and I hope and pray that some day we will be able to find a cure fo all cancers! A great day to learn more and share thoughts and feelings! Love, Licks and Hugs from your pugalier pal frank xxxxxxxx
