DONA NOBIS PACEM

Imagine Peace
It would be so wonderful
wouldn't it?
If only we had peace!
Like the trees that stand in the forest
and the fish that swim in the seas.
Like all the birdies that fly

in our sky so high!
If only we had peace!

My friend
ANGEL ABBYGRACE at MANX MNEWS
.reminded me that today was

Thank you my friend.

Oh Tweedles, that is so true about the trees and the birds and all the animals in the forest. We all need to follow their lead. Great post. You all take care.

Peace is a beautiful thing. Tweedles, if we have peace in our hearts for each other, do you think that is a good start?? If everyone felt that way, I think maybe the world might be nicer. I am gonna try to dream about you and me holding paws and finding peace in your forest. I hope we meet up with some of your pals. Good night my Tweedles and sweet peaceful dreams to you.

If only.

And yet here we are, all of us, working together to make a little peace manifest in this world we share.

Good dog!

Best peace day blessings!Tweedles is adorable.

Got to admit though, my best memory of a pug is not peaceful, but very satisfying. On honeymoon we stopped at this gorgeous rural restaurant (Africa) where the service was appalling. Rude snotty staff and it took them over an hour to deliver two toasted ham and cheese sandwiches!

There was this pug wanderng the floor, like a small furry manager. When the waitress became really rude (we'd just asked why one sanfwich was hot and the other ice cold) the pug came over... and bit her! It was perfect justice. I have no doubt he was the manager. My husband has wanted a pug ever since. ;-)
